PLEASE NOTE: 

While we do not offer free returns, we want to make the process as easy as possible. Returns are processed at our central facility in Asia, and shipping costs are covered by the customer.

A More Practical Solution: Since overseas shipping can be expensive, we often recommend an alternative to a traditional return. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a partial refund or a voucher for your next purchase. This often saves you the hassle and high cost of international postage while ensuring you still receive value from your experience with us.


1. Return Policy

At Aethelmen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you have the option to return them within 60 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:

  • Completeness: The order must contain all original parts and components.

  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as it arrived.

  • Handling: Only normal handling is evident; any breakage or damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Hygiene: Products where hygiene is a factor (e.g., personal care items) must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

  • Defects: If the product was defective upon receipt, this must be reported immediately.

Aethelmen reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the process:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to dispatch@aethelmen.com.

  2. Provide Details: Ensure your email includes:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • A photo of the product (required in case of breakage/defects)

    • Customer's first and last name

    • Customer's address

  3. Receive Address: We will provide you with the correct return address.

IMPORTANT: Never send the return to the address of the original sender. We will provide a specific return warehouse address upon request. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia.


3. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

The consumer has a right of withdrawal if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Period: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.

  • Automated System: Because our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has begun. Refunds are only possible after the goods have been returned to us.

Shipments in Transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled mid-delivery. Please wait to receive the goods and then follow the return procedure. To expedite your refund, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have sent the return.


4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Aethelmen will refund your payments (excluding delivery costs) under the following conditions:

  • Timing: Repayment will be made within 14 days of the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and the physical receipt of the returned goods.

  • Method: We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Return Costs: All return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia are borne entirely by the customer.
